Return & Refund Policy – Softzely

We offer a 3-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Return:

• Product must be unused and in original condition

• Tags must be intact

• Return request must be raised within 3 days

Non-Returnable Items:

• Used or damaged products

• Items without original packaging

Refund Process:

• Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after inspection

• Amount will be credited to original payment method

Return Shipping:

• Customer may need to bear return shipping charges unless product is defective
